Year 9

In Junior Science at Otago Girls' High School you will enjoy finding ways to understand the natural and physical world around us as well as the wider universe.  Science is packed with hands on practicals, group activities, and e-Learning experiences.

Through the carrying out of experiments, making observations, solving problems and drawing conclusions you can investigate the Science and Technology aspects of our daily lives.

In Science you can develop your skills and build your knowledge when investigating anything from New Zealand’s unique flora, fauna, and ecosystems, to the chemical reaction of acids and bases.
