Discover how to write winning cover letters. Learn how to prepare for an interview and make a positive and lasting impression when participating in it. Where possible you will be placed in a real world working environment to gain valuable experience

  • Investigate theories of motivation for employees in the workplace through a real-world case study

  • Collaborate as part of an enterprise group to  make, market and sell an innovative product, with the purpose of making a profit and supporting a community group

  • Be prepared to source start-up capital through selling shares, fundraising or other means

  • Demonstrate learner agency and persevere when things fail

  • Gain financial literacy skills by managing budgets, cashflow, banking, etc
